At Evrygo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you wish to exchange or return a product, you can certainly do so!

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 14 days of receipt.

Please note! Ensure that you follow the steps below correctly. We cannot assist you further if the return is processed incorrectly.

For returns, you must meet the following conditions:

1. The order must still include all appropriate parts and components.

2. Normal handling of the product is evident, and damage due to careless handling is not covered.

3. Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned. Bikinis, lingerie, underwear, and socks cannot be returned.

4. A return is processed within 7 working days after receipt and, if the conditions are met, the return is officially confirmed within this period.
